A lovely country pub straight out of " The Darling Buds of May" I have driven past on several occasion and I decided to stop for a quick pint. A quintessentially English country pub.

It was a lovely expierence having lunch here today - made very welcome, was a lovely place to eat with a good menu to choose from - could not fault it.

Yes, but the pub is very small. Only one high chair available and small children not allowed in the restaurant in the evening. Best phone the landlady Carol and talk to her. No children's menu but Cheffo will do what he can... More

Easy to park in the village. A few spaces outside but if not available the village have no parking restrictions.
