Hello. I have ordered many times from this restaurant. Last night, I ordered 2 pizzas, and I had to wait about 2 hours to receive my order. I called the restaurant, and after a few minutes, a girl answered. When I asked what was going...on with my order, she said that the pizza was done, but the delivery driver did not come. Of course, the pizza arrived to me cold because the delivery man didn't even have a special bag for the food. I will attach some pictures to prove what the pizza looked like and how many times I had to call the restaurant. I hope you stay away from this restaurant.More
Great food and atmosphere. Will definitely be back. Maria the lady who served us provided excellent service with a smile.
Excellent family run Italian restaurant. So nice to find somewhere that’s not a high street chain. Young girl serving was excellent and we had a great meal and very reasonably priced. Thank you
My absolute fave is Italian, and couldn't wait to get here! I was very kindly treated for my birthday. We had a brilliant time, lovely warm welcome and food was fantastic!
Really nice meal here, the pizza was really tasty and fresh and the sides were nice too. Good service, and a really nice vibe to the restaurant, it was quite busy. Only down side the toilets are upstairs ( not sure if a disabled one...is downstairs). Overall enjoyed our meal here a lot and will return as hadn’t been in here for a few years.More
This is one of our favourite restaurants in the area. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, delicious flavours of Italy in an informal setting. This evening’s visit did not disappoint - another wonderful meal.
We had one previous good experience ordering for home delivery but this time less good Our Pizzas arrived half an hour after the requested time only after I had phoned to see where they were were only luke -warm and the bottoms had become soggy....Took along time to get an answeron thephone so I suspect theyare understaffedMore
What a shame. This place used to be quite good. Prices up portions now child size extremely small SHRINKFLATION at its worst. Poor quality food and tasteless. Not sure whats gone wrong with this Restaurant unfortunately wont be using it again
Dirty kitchen! Hours of waiting for a simple cheese pizza! Staff not bothered! Owner ignorant and rude! Good location! Bad food!
I had booked a trip to Aylesbury and had eaten here before so I went on their website to see if they were open New Years Day, their website said they were and I was able to book a table online, which I proceeded to...do. I chose the time and stated it was for 2, filled in my contact details and submitted. I received confirmation straight away that my table was booked. We turned up on time only to find the restaurant was shut with no notice on the door regarding opening hours. So disappointed.More
Lots of potential but really let down by poor service and chaotic atmosphere. We had booked as a party of 5 for early dinner midweek and started off well but the restaurant soon filled up and they simply didn’t have the staff to serve all...tables. We only ordered a bowl of olives to start but then waited well over an hour for mains; including 2 kids pizzas! Then they arrived piping hot from the oven and kids couldn’t eat them for another 10 mins… Our mains were nice, although mine too rich. Visiting the toilets walking through the restaurant back area was not pleasant or clean. Had to ask a waitress 3 times to pay. This sweet little local Italian has a lot of potential but they really need to improve service to keep customers. I would rather use local businesses than the big Italian chains but in fairness the chains are efficient, consistent and know how to cater well to children so I’d much rather go there in future.More
We hadn’t booked the front of house was extremely accommodating nice table in the window. Food was excellent great flavours and very good service Cocktails are very well priced and the amaretto sours were the best we have had Nice feeling about the whole place...will return when we are next in aylesburyMore
Food was good but atmosphere was chaotic. Busy Saturday night and clearly understaffed. Food was being bought to the table in dribs and drabs so family ate at different times.
I had the canaloni and totally agree with the previous reviewer the meat was grey, unusual consistency drowned in bland tomato sauce and cheese, not enjoyable. I have been to La salute previously a few years ago and the food was lovely I don’t know...what’s changed but it’s not for the better.More
