Eat here once a month at Quiz night , food is excellent. Sometimes have Sunday lunch which is also very good . Highly recommended

A lovely historic pub with ample parking, ample interior space, lovely beer garden and friendly staff. The Sunday roast was delicious, adequately portioned and reasonably priced. An enjoyable lunchtime experience.

stopped for dinner to avoid M25 traffic. chose a pork escalope with mushroom sauce, chips and salad. cask ale was good, escalope was very good as were thin-cut chips and small salad. a very tasty dinner, just what I needed. Friendly welcome, good pub
