I visited this place with a small group of friends interested in the ice cream. We picked up lunch prior before and was interested in splitting a dessert. We bought the dessert and sat down to eat it. We were told we were not allowed to consume the food from the places we got from lunch in the cafe which... More

There were around 7 floor staff for quite a small place. We ordered crepes which they are known for and they came one by one, the last when the first two were almost finished. When I commented about this I was told they only have two plates to cook the crepes on. Really?

In a popular location this is a lovely friendly cafe. The only disadvantage is that the toilets are downstairs. Great snacks and drinks with friendly staff.

This is the worse restaurant. Waitera are very rude, the place is dirty, and the food it terrible. We had crepes and tea and could not even eat it. Never go!!!!

I live near Cambridge and eat in town on a regular basis...so high prices similar to other European tourist towns is not unexpected...but, charging £3.20 for a standard bottle of pop is taking the p****. After paying and sitting down I asked a member of staff why this should be so expensive, oh sorry she said, it should have been... More

The cakes here are lovely but I think they are over priced. Some portions are huge whilst others are half the size and still the same price. The sausage rolls are good too but again too expensive.

Once and again I went to Cambridge and I could no leave there without going to Benet's Cafe which is located in the heart of the city, you can have breakfast outside, with a view of the huge Kings College Chapel. And there are a variaty option of pancankes. I really enjoy having breakfast there.

Walking round the beautiful town of Cambridge, we fell across the Benet's Cafe, as it had a sign outside for Hot Traditional Christmas spiced Mulled Wine. Lovely, spicy, hot, warming Mulled wine and cake. Just the job for a cold winters day in December. Highly recommend this little gem of a cafe, with very friendly staff.

Had a lovely trip to Cambridge over the weekend. It was poring with rain so went to Benet's Cafe for lunch and to warm up. My girlfriend had a quiche and I ate a sausage roll. Each came with a few garnish leaves on the side, costing £5 each. Maybe a bit pricey but tasted good and it is a... More
