We have eaten at this restaurant many times and have never been disappointed. There is a relaxing calm to the place with tasteful decor throughout. The food is always good and served with a smile. A real gem. Highly recommended.

A pleasant twenty-minutes drive from Cambridge to the village of Bourn, the Willow Tree, its name justified by a truly majestic specimen in the garden, offers excellent food in a dingy chic setting. A bit gloomy so we asked for the candles to be lit!...More

Thank you for the lovely review. We are always happy to offer roast chicken as an option if it features on the seasonal menu in another dish (as it does this Autumn). Glad you enjoyed the specials board too. See you again!

Went with my wife, father, mother in-law and 2 daughters. Lovely lovely restaurant. Great quality food. Friendly staff. Couldn't ask for much more. Great way to spend a Sunday evening.

Lovely to hear you were very pleased with your experience. Perhaps you might like to join us on a Sunday evening when we also have live jazz 6.30-9.30pm - this is once a month and it's free too! Thanks

10 of us went to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. We booked in for 5.30pm as we took our 4 grandchildren. Very nice meal, super waitress, lovely evening.

Restaurant and decor nice on first impression. However, they have a moveable specials board menu which we were not shown, the portion sizes are absolutely minuscule. Three tiny new potatoes and two tiny beetroot.....was the veg accompaniment. So had to order extra veg which took...More

We do try to avoid significant price increases but given the latest severe hike in business rates and increased costs of suppliers goods we simply had to update certain drinks items in line with costs. As a freehouse, we can look at changing a few...More
