Great deal for a stayover in the newly renovated bedrooms which are a good size. Lovely bar meal in the quaint bar with a fair selection of ales and wines. Staff were very attentive and did a great job.

Been here several times and although it's a hotel restaurant, it feels cosy and un hotel like. Good bar and great food and service. Pizza here is just fantastic, one of the best.

We had a fantastic 40th birthday meal at les douvres last night. The food was lovely and the staff were brilliant. They couldn't do enough for us. We had the whole of the restaurant which was a lovely room and a perfect size for 20 of us. We have eaten here many times and stayed the night once. Can thoroughly... More

Dinner with children and parents. Such a cosy place great ales on tap and the food was superb! Service with a smile too. Probably explains why it was packed to the low beams! Recommend to anyone.

We visited in early October with group of 13. The food and staff were good - a few little tweets and it could have been 5*. There were some delays in some of the parties meals arriving and some requests needed following up, but most good. Lovely old bar well renovated in a quaint country hotel. Reminds me of my... More

Having freshly arrived in Guernsey, we headed out in search of food. When we arrived here all tables were reserved, but it was a lovely evening and there was a large table outside, but undercover that was free so we took that. Food was very tasty and satisfying, and staff friendly. A perfect start to our holiday.

We called here for a 'taster'.Provided with an excellent BBQ, pulled port in brioche buns, self service with chips or sweet potatoes and coleslaw . All excellent, next visit will call in on a walk !

For me this is a lunch time stop, especially with the grandchildren, who all love the food and attention from the staff. it should suit everyone, it has varied meals, but I know the children love the pizzars, and they have their own menus. A good place to enjoy a lunch or dinner which is also very popular.
