Let me just start by saying the service in this place is the best I've ever seen and I've eaten in great restaurants around the world, the attention to detail is second to none, we had the taster menu explained excellently by staff and a good time in between courses as we were there over 3 hours, the bread cart... I do enjoy a draft beer or two before dinner and this is my only quibble no draft. we both had the tasting menu and of course we had the wine pairing so a good night was enjoyed by us both. Nicely prepared food presented to perfection and explained adequately by staff. Hope to be back in the area soon

Certainly a treat and half, we had the taster menu - ok pricey but we were eating from 8pm - 12midnight, what an experience and such different, lovely food. Sometimes these places can be quite stuffy but not this restaurant - have an empty stomach though because there is lots of lovely food.

Our third visit for the tasting menu, this time outshone the previous two. The food and presentation were absolutely top notch, flavours second to none. Service exceptional. My husband would definitely echo other contributors comments regarding the bread trolley and also the fact that after the tasting menu he was unable to further enhance the experience by accessing the cheese... Very good, the staff and service were excellent ,the sandwiches, scones, cakes and drinks lovely The price was a little on the high side and we were not happy to be faced with a service charge. We feel that a TIP is more appropriate as it goes straight to the staff and is given according to what the customer feels... More

We had dinner at this great restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff are proud and enjoy what they do, they are professional and are thorough without being obsequious. Cocktails were good, canapes tasty and interesting. The first surprise after being seating in the restaurant was the range of freshly baked breads available to choose. Very interesting flavours and my... More

Would have been happy if they'd just left me the bread trolley. Superb food, excellent service. Went for the tasting menu and left feeling stuffed. I'd like to echo other contributors sentiments by saying the only disappointment was this did not allow access to the cheese trolley which looked first class. Would definitely go back.

My wife and I had a faultless meal. The quality of the food was beyond description and every course was perfect. The service was also faultless - discreet but attentive. The serving of a bread selection we could choose was also a very good touch

Booked an evening meal before our stay at The Grosvenor and very glad that we did. We opted for the tasting menu and all dishes were extremely well presented and cooked. Not everything was completely to our taste but that's often the way, and the point to some extent, of tasting menus. I find it an enjoyable and enlightning experience... More

Excellent restaurant, super food, first rate staff and well deserving of its Michelin star. The tasting menu was innovative, well presented and superb quality; great tastes. The somelier and Maitre were first rate as were all the other waiters. Excellent value too as the tasting menu is almost half price in mid week. Completely recommended.
