Tried calling 10+ times - either busy or not there Will take bookings via WhatsApp or email so can’t get through that way either You can’t expect potential customers to constantly try phoning. People are busy ! Please sort this out !

Went here for a bit of a treat, and it did not disappoint. The mussels in a tomato sauce were really nice and a really good temperature when they arrived at the table. Everyone's main was fantastic and arrived promptly, especially good given the size...of the geoup, we were looked after by the staff really well. My only criticism is having to listen to happy birthday being sang at least twice on every visit, but having worked in an Italian restaurant previously I have PTSD from doing this each shift (as well as being a grump!)More
We were a walk in during a busy afternoon. Seated right away. All staff helpful and friendly. Food was very flavourful, good portion sizes also. Very relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely return when next in Chester.
What a find this restaurant was very busy on a Sat night with a few birthday parties going on and the place had a lovely authentic Italian vibe and a great atmosphere. The food was lovely and reasonably priced and the staff were excellent.
Just dropped by - fabulous welcome from everyone. I honestly thought I was in Naples . The pizzas are authentic and delicious and you can see them being made. Thin - crispy and delicious toppings . 2 prosciutto and 1 Napoli . Celebrating buying my...son’s purchase of an engagement ring for his GF . Will definitely return and hopefully for longer.More
What a great restaurant food is amazing staff very attentive. We were never without a drink. Food freshly made and all the staff sang happy birthday to her when they brought in her cakes.
Excellent, authentic Italian restaurant. Service was brilliant, all staff working extremely hard, but nothing was too much trouble. They all took time to check in on you. The food was outstanding. We wished lived nearer so we could visit more often. If we were ever...in Chester again, we'd definitely go back here.More
What a find in chester, a proper Italian ristorante, Service was super friendly and welcoming. Food was authentic and delicious. I even hot to practice my italian. Definitely going back 10/10
What a great restaurant. Atmosphere was buzzing. If you're looking for a quiet evening, not the place to come. Simple starter of garlic bread with olives. My wife and I both had the lasagne for mains. Superb main. Very tasty. Didn't leave space for dessert....Finished off with cappuccino. Attentive staff. Great to see 3 other guests getting the 'Happy Birthday' treatment from the staff.More
Visted in september. Had two lovely meals. Fab food and atmosphere. Very busy, but made to feel very welcome. Hope to visit again. Would recommend this restaurant.
Lovely home cooked food with good ingredients Staff worked together like a well oiled machine We were lucky to get a table at 5pm on a Saturday so best to book
I was recommended this place by some locals. Missing some Italian food, I walked in hoping to get a table for 1, got one easily (at 5.30pm). It was pleasantly decorated with Italian posters and items around the room. I was given a drink and...food menu, I decided on the San Pellegrino blood orange and a Prosciutto Pizza with added Rocket. It was a lovely place, I was able to practise some of my limited Italian with the staff, as lots of them spoke the language. Meal was well priced for the authentic cuisine. The food was very nice (prosciutto was ham not the traditional prosciutto) and the service was very quick, they didn’t rush me at all and only checked in once with my meal, which was perfect for me. Pizza came out hot, almost straight of the oven, which was so nice to have! A shout out to my waitress Ksenia for an outstanding job of service, she went above and beyond, chatting with me and was always smiling! She made my experience amazing! There was someone next to me celebrating a birthday and they turned off the lights and all sung together using a cow bell too! So adorable! Would recommend La Fattoria!More
A bustling, lively restaurant. A real family feel. Lots of choice on the menu. We visited at lunchtime with two children and the staff made them feel welcome which was lovely. I'd definitely visit again and would recommend this restaurant.
I don’t know where to start with this review. The entire meal went from bad to worse. on arrival we got rudly ignored by most members of staff until the manager/shift leader seated us right outside the males toilets directly below the air conditioning unit....Which leaked and dripped over us for the duration of our visit. The food wasn’t great. We ordered a calzone which arrived cold and soggy. A garlic bread with cheese which seemed to be missing the garlic and the cheese. The pasta on the other hand was pretty good but overall the food wasn’t great and all 3 dishes were delivered to the table at different times leaving us uncomfortably waiting to eat although we requested them to be served together The price of water is more expensive than a can of coke.. Staff were incredibly ignorant, resorting in us waiting 25 minutes for the bill to arrive.. Chester has plenty of great Italian restaurants and sadly this seems to of gone down hill since my previous visitMore
After completing the National 3 Peaks in 24 hours we needed some carbs. Italian was the decision! Chester seems to have an abundance of Italian restaurants but this one was chosen. Just outside the town, it’s only a few minutes to walk here. It’s very...popular, good size and plenty of staff on hand to seat you and take orders. Drinks came promptly and food orders taken with no issue. Food came shortly after, with an open kitchen right in sight of the tables it’s clear they’re making things properly. Had the calzone which was a good size and great flavour. Table came to £75 for 3 mains, a starter, a side and 6 drinks so decent value too. Worth a visit!More
