We dropped in here for breakfast and had a very enjoyable meal which was very tasty - huge slices of toast along with decent bacon, sausage etc. The cafe was very busy even though it was a Wednesday morning, we were lucky to get a...seat. The service was a bit slow but this was to be expected given that the place was full. Prices were slightly above average for the type of food, in my view. The cafe seems to be popular with locals, mums, workmen - all types which is good to see. There's a useful and cheap car park out the back where we easily found a space. Also plenty of other lovely little shops and small businesses close by on the quaint Victorian streets of Hoole (Faulkner Street and others). Would certainly visit again.More

today i visited this coffee shop and i am dissapointed. Together with 7 friends, we waited for food for 40 minutes! Food quality very poor. we won't go back there anymore. Jack

I visit here during the week for lunch while working, I only discovered cafe.com around 2 months ago, and what a great place it is, staff are really friendly and will go out of their way to help. Service is brilliant and food is brilliant...quality and value! I will continue visiting here 100%More

Have called a couple of times for coffee - always busy and lively. Staff very friendly, coffee great and comfortable seating.

Love this place use every time I am in Chester and always get amazing service and always very clean , hence bit bemused by the negative comments as anyone who goes here will know they go above and beyond for the customers

Nearly every Tuesday we pop in here for lunch, breakfast is really good value,jacket potatoes good too, nice cuppa and really friendly staff,well worth a visit in our opinion if you’re in the area.

I ordered my Caesar salad when I went to cafe.com on Monday. it looked lovely and I was delighted to look at the presentation but then i moved a leaf with my fork i saw a nail clipping. I'm not going to say i was...too ecstatic to find this. I called over a server and showed them it. they then tried to convince mt that this extremely obvious nail was actually a part of my salad. i am utterly disgusted that they are unhygeinic enough to clip their nails in the kitchen. as well as trying to feed them ton unsuspecting customers. the worst part was when she picked up the clipping, putting her fingers in my meal, and then proceeding to put it in her mouth! never come to cafe.com.More

My wife and I sometimes come here on a Tuesday, food is pretty decent and waiting staff really nice, reasonable prices and clean place, recommend if you are in the area!

The best coffee house in the world I have been to coffee shop all around the world but this is the best I will definitely be back next time I’m in the region Thanks guys for a lovely time
