We visited the cross keys this weekend to celebrate my husbands birthday, Jane & Dave were fantastic hosts and really made us feel welcome. They do an amazing Sunday roast and offer a great choice of ales beers and ciders. The pub has a really homely and welcoming feel and we'll definitely return when we're in the area. Cannot thank... Called in for a beer , different place to go , was a great pub with a different sort of atmosphere , quite unique, good selection of lagers from some new brewers I've not heard of, always keen to try new brands. I imagine it to be a quite a nice place to be in the evenings will be back.

Very empty pub with a lack of atmosphere, probably due to the poor attitude of from pubescent barman. Do not recomend and will never go back. Would give no stars if possible.

I entered this pub with two friends to be told that we could not be served because of one of my friends. No reason was given so we went to the pub over the road. I was disgusted with this attitude as no reason was given. I will not be returning this pub.

Wonderful place that still has a proper landlord and landlady. They're two great people who welcomed myself and my friend from London. Lovely beer, open fire, cosy spots to sit either at the bar or in a snug corner somewhere. Thoroughly recommend
