Not a 3 star hotel it's 4 🌟. Great location, food and staff. Enjoyable lunch cruise on the hotels own boat ! Highly recommend 😉

We stayed for a night in a family room. Straight faced receptionists, untidy rooms and very average breakfast to mention a few about this place. Very pricy for what we got. I suggest you to steer away.

Great location - usually good price. Good sports bar and open to residents after hours like any hotel should be. My favourite hotel in Chester!

I was worried about staying here due to poor reviews recently but I needn’t have worried. The room is a bit dated but other than that extremely comfortable. Best sleep in months. Excellent bar with reasonable prices. Breakfast consists fresh fruit, yoghurt, croissants and bacon,...More

Worst hotel I’ve ever dealt with. Staff are less than helpful. Generally get the feeling they don’t want the business. DON’T BOOK HERE!
