Great pizzas good variety of dishes, plus we chose the special chips. Childrens menu also had good portions. Atmosphere really good, customer service excellent and the lady who served us so helpful and really looked after us. Would definetly recommend.

We had lunch here on a Saturday. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. My husband had a margarita pizza and I had the "goat", which was mushroom, garlic, rosemary and goats cheese. The bases were thin crust sour dough and tasted really good. Very...filling too.More

Ordered some takeaway away pizzas and we were very disappointed. Margarita pizza had 1 leaf of Basil (yes one leaf) in the centre?? Capri pizza had 3 tiny pieces of artichoke and a few small slices of mushroom. Really poor value and quality with an...obvious lack of ingredients which meant that the pizzas were the worst we’ve experienced in Chester. Would definitely not recommend.More

Nice sunny day in Chester and wanted coffee break. Chose this one as it looked good! Sat outside. Lovely smiley service and the coffee was good. Toilets inside were immaculate and bespoke. Great souly music playing inside too. Loved it.

First visit to Urbano today and we weren't disappointed. Although it was very busy, we were greated by a very friendly member of staff and shown to a table. We only wanted drinks and were offered cocktail suggestions, one of which we chose - it...was so good, we ordered a second one each. Service was quick, staff were all smiling and friendly. My husband & I are on a tour of UK. We found this restaurant while walking around Chester. What a fantastic place for the best pizza and friendliness & efficiency of staff. We arrived on a sweltering Summer day and greeted with warmth a kin to an ample Bossom. We were guided through the menu like Sherpa who knows every nook and cranny of Mount Everest. If you love food, this is the place to eat said food. My wife and I and our 5 children had such a fun time at Urbano. They were so kind and considerate and made us all feel so welcome especially since we were celebrating...our twins 4th Birthday. They said they had the best day ever and can’t wait to go back there.
