We had a lovely experience today in cafe fleur. Whilst wondering up and down the shops looking for somewhere to eat with the dog. The lovely man working popped out to say ‘the little man’ was welcome inside too and offered water straight away for...the dog . We had tea and some lunch it was lovely! Lots of of options to pick from which all sounded great! We went slightly off menu but they were more accommodating and full of suggestions. The food was brilliant and staff so friendlyMore

Lovely friendly staff welcomed us in and served us cake and scones with delicious coffee, it was just what we needed after a long drive to Looe. Great place to wander around even in chilly weather. Dog friendly and child’s friendly.

Had one of the nicest cream teas at cafe fleur, the scones were so fresh. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would recommend anyone who visits Looe to go here.

This place is fantastic! Such a lovely little place, we went 2 days in a row for breakfast as we were staying at a local campsite. The reception was so warm and accommodating for our family including a cheeky 1 year old. The food was...delicious! Next time we’re in Looe it’ll be a must stop. Highly recommend for anyone staying locally that wants a smile and a good feed.More

A first visit to any food place is always a journey into the unknown, especially when one is tired from a 200 mile drive that began at 3 o'clock in the morning. Café Fleur in Cornwalls idyllic seaside town of Looe, treated us to the...very best in a lunchtime treat for a family party of six, mum, dad, two grandsons, nanny & grandad. Their table service was prompt, professional and wonderfully cheerful. Our order taken, the drinks followed with barely a pause to be closely followed by our Lemon Meringue. I have never before had occasion to rave about a Lemon Meringue... until now. Holy Lord, but it was great and we can't wait for the rest of the week to sample the rest of the excellent fare.More

Just over the bridge from the Millpool car park, v friendly and welcoming (and new) owner, we ate v good scone and lemon meringue pie, v v tasty coffee, the breakfasts coming out looked v good and huge portions, the only negatives were the v...sticky tables and queuing for the toilet in front of the till. I’m sure that these last points can be sorted. In summary, v good food and v friendly staff, good luck with the venture. We will revisit.More

Often pop into Looe for a look around. Cafe Fleur is under new ownership. I usually call in to this cafe and always had a warm welcome from the previous owner and so pleased that under the new ownership the welcome is just as warm....Fabulous breakfast, good quality and freshly cooked. In my opinion second to none. If you visit Looe be sure you will get a warm welcome and a great breakfast.More

Myself and my family chose to have lunch here on father's day, we have two children, 4 and 16months. My 4 year old is a major handful and that's evident as soon as we go anywhere and expect them to sit quietly and eat. In...the 4 years or being a parent, absolutely 0 restaurants or cafes have ever even tried to help is out with him. The staff here ( sorry I didn't get their name ) Could obviously tell from the moment we walked in that he was going to be a pain. They quickly came over and took our order, even being kind enough to stand and wait while he took an age to decide what he wanted. They they offered to rush through the kids food for us, which has never happened before, even when I've asked them to. My kids chose a Sandwich and some nuggets and chips. The food was on the table for them before my eldest had a chance to kick up a fuss..it honestly made the experience an enjoyable one, rather one that makes Myself and my husband rip our hair out. I can highly recommend this place for people with small children. I had the quiche which was absolutely delicious, the only sad thing about the trip was I didn't get the chance to try one of their delicious cakes as the 4 year old had already decided they had had enough of sitting. I'll definitely have to return. Thankyou so much for making a meal time far less stressful than it usually is. We will definitely return again. :)More

A nice strong pot of tea for two (2 decent bags) and 2 completely delicious scones, made in-house by a talented young woman. We had 1 fruit and 1 plain scone with a generous amount of cream and 2 little pots of Tiptree jam at...a VERY reasonable price. The service was very friendly and the huge plate glass window lets in plenty of light. I can't recommend this place enough for a cream tea.More
