Stopped in at the Ship for Lunch during our tour. Friendly place, very busy as it was the school holidays but managed to find a table. Service very prompt and happy to open a tab. Pint of Proper Job - Lovely. Ordered a Burger and Fish Goujons, both excellent. Staff even brought out 2 extra goujons for our 20 month... More

The beer and wine on offer was very good quality and reasonably priced. However this did not apply to the food on the Specials menu. I chose the ' Local catch of the day', not sure which freezer it was caught from but it was certainly not fresh!! My wife and two friends chose the crab ravioli, also from the... More

I visited the Ship Inn with my husband and two boys and the food was lovely and very well presented however we had to wait 45 minutes between our started and m ain course and we were the last ones left in the restaurant despite our table being booked or 7.30pm. The staff were very polite and apologetic but it... More

We stopped there for a lunch during our trip along the coast. It is a traditional pub with excellent location near the harbour of a picturesque Cornish village. The service was very good and fast. We've ordered grilled fish and chips, which was very tasty, though the fish was closer to stewed than to grilled.

I always head to the ship for a pint and a bar meal when in the area, the pub hasn't changed in twenty years, its full of character - really cosy in the winter with open fire and in a perfect spot overlooking the harbour. The bar food is really good and great value . .

Firstly getting a parking spot in mousehole is a trying experience with roads only fit for bicycles. Stopped in the ship inn for dinner. There is no parking available at the pub. The pub is a traditional fisherman's pub full of locals and consequently full menu is limited and very expensive. Would always suggest when visiting mousehole you eat out... More

Went into the ship on our first day of our beak in Mousehole, as the only pub in Mousehole we decided to stop for a drink and a bite to eat. A traditional looking pub. We were happily enjoying our drinks, it went a bit down hill after my husband was spoken to in a rather rude manner by a... More

Lovely, cosy, traditional inn in a picturesque fishing village Mousehole. The staff is very friendly, the food is fresh and delicious, especially the fish, and they serve great Cornish ales. Strongly recommend.
