Despite having been to Start Mawgan before we had not seen the Tea Room. It is tucked behind the village store beside the car park. Entering the walled garden the beautiful flowers and neat lawn are quite a contrast to the woodland around the village....More

Lovely, light tasty scone which tasted delicious especially with the jam and clotted cream! Good selection of cakes, teas and dog friendly too! Yum

Just returned from a lovely tea at this quirky, cheerful tea toom. Forget tne the traditional cream tea and go with their savoury version, you won't be disappointed. Cheerful setvice and great way to celebrate my birthday

Visited St Mawgan loads of time, but never knew this place existed until I found it on Trip Advisor. Lovely choice of soup, salads, baked potatoes and sandwiches. No chips in sight, which was a nice change. Cakes are yummy and served with clotted cream....More

After our visit to the Bonsai gardens nearby we were desperate for refreshments, the gardens had a "tea gardens" on the map but this misled us and no tea was to be had! We were helpfully pointed in the direction of the St Mawgan Tea...More
