Beautiful beach cafe. We called in for ice cream and although they were closing they still served us. Lovely vibes and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely rubbish. We were completely gobsmacked that such an important area with so much history had nothing to offer except a baguette and very bad customer service. We never comment on trip adviser but this place is an absolute insult and disrespect to the area...and the visitors.More
No welcome just a please move your bike. No we don’t do iced tea only coffee and no you can’t have a cup with your drink without asking for it. Over priced but not surprising given its location but what we couldn’t stand is the...arrogance of the Australian woman serving. A reminder that we (customers) pay your bills wouldn’t go amiss. Will not return. Couldn’t leave quick enough such a shame.More
We stayed just a few minutes walk away from the cafe, so it was an ideal spot to visit for coffee and snacks. It’s positioned at the bottom of the hill opposite the turn off to walk down to the beach. Staff are friendly and...while the menu was limited the food was very nice. We have tried the cream tea, Cornish pasty, baguette and also ice creams from the ice cream bar. The outdoor seating area is lovely and a great spot to sit and unwind. There also beach supplies inside. A really nice little cafe that I’d fully recommend stopping for brunch or refreshments. Beers, wine, cider are also served and I’d recommend the Muscle pot white wine for those who enjoy a nice cold Sauvignon.More
If visiting portcurno beach take your own food and drinks . Awful service and ridiculously Overpriced. After walking the coast path round we were in desperate need of a drink and something to eat! £4:60 for a piece of cake £6 for a god awful...tasteless frozen pasty Very Limited menu Staff weren’t friendly more like robots, no hello or how are you ? We will not be returning and advising others against a visit also !More
I have been coming to Porthcurno since before I could walk, and have always visited the Beach Cafe during my stay. Spencer & Sacha are amongst the nicest and most down to earth people you will ever meet. They go above and beyond to ensure...everyone is having a good time and provide outstanding customer service. The food is great, as a big Pasty fan I always enjoy theirs, and taking it down to the beach piping hot! A must visit for any tourists, say hello to the team as they are all lovely. 10/10.More
Delicious and fresh cream tea. Despite what another reviewer said, the tea is served in a pot (he must have ordered a takeaway!). Pasty was also delicious.
Any Cornish trip is not complete without a cream tea so, on our last day, having been climbing at nearby Chair Ladder, we Googled and found this. Pity. The first disappointment is that despite the name it's not at a beach - the sea can...barely be seen from here. The "tea" provided the next disappointment. Tea comprising a teabag in a cardboard cup and a reheated mass produced scone in a cardboard box with catering pots of jam and cream does not come up to expectations. At over £6 per person it compared very very badly with the equivalent on offer at our next port of call, the wonderful Logan Rock Inn at Treen where a 'proper' cream tea i.e. FRESH scone, jam and cream with A POT OF TEA served on and in CROCKERY can be had for £5 per person.More
Expensive. Beef pasty was distinctly underwhelming, and certainly ranked very near the bottom on any list of mine. Not exactly overflowing with charm or welcome either.
We visited here today after a very wet walk. In hope of a warm drink and tasty Cornish pasty. Cost just over £17 for 2x teas and 2x homemade steak Cornish pasties. Lovely cup of Yorkshire tea, unfortunately the pasties contained hardly any meat, mostly...onions and rubbery pastry. After a couple of bites I didn't eat mine, my husband ate both, only out of hunger. Certainly wouldn't return.More
it is on of the best cafes on the beach persides sennen beach cafe and marazion cafes and it is not far from the beach at portcurno
Pleasant stop after a few hours on the beach. Okay pasty. Service a bit slow and not particularly friendly. Tea and coffee fine.
We stopped off here for a light lunch, service ok, food very good, nice views. Well worth a visit, if your in the area.
Stopped here for lunch before going down to the beach. The pasties were nice, and the tea hot. Didn’t try the ice creams.
Visited today, beautiful beach you HAVE to visit. Please take all your own food and drink and not give this rude man your money. Rude to all women more so but rude in general and as is the only place for food and drink can...treat customers however he feels knowing he will still take your money. No customer service skills at all. Prices extortionate, also owns the ice cream kiosk in the carpark. Unable to smile, literally feel like he is taking the money and sitting in the evening laughing at us all. Will only take an order from a male, he can not hear a womens voice…or chooses not to!More
