First came to this cafe 10 years ago. Returned this summer, and was exactly as I remember it. Bone China cups, teapot tea, and the lightest, non-crumbly scones. Great value for money. Location perfect for either setting off on your walk, or mid-point refresher. Even...did us a takeaway cream tea which survived a wet, wild and windy coastal walk back to Lamorna. Friendly and welcoming.More

We had breakfast here. The person I was with is a vegan, the cafe was able to provide options. Great food and coffee.

Visited for lunch at around 12pm but very disappointed that they were sold out of the majority of food stuffs. More disappointed when told that they could possibly stretch out the breakfast to cater for us. Shame because reviews looked good.

Stayed in the car park overnight here on a trip to Porthcurno, what a little gem, beautiful breakfast sandwich and a lovely cup of tea in a china cup, throughly recommend this place, will definitely go there again when we are in the area.

Situated adjacent to the car park at treen. Great place to start and finish a coastal walk or to just make a detour for a coffee. Good food. Crab sandwiches are yummy. On a wRm day cafe spills out onto road outside. Not busy. Very...pleasant way to take your time over a coffe and sarnie. Even better to know that you are supporting local businessMore

We stopped for a something to eat during a walk along the costal path and came across the Treen Cafe which turned out to be a great find. One of the best Cream Teas I have had and I have had a lot over the...years. Homemade scones great jam and loads of cream. The Apple and Date flapjack slice was very tasty as well. Highly recomended. Dog friendly if you have one.More

We had morning coffee at the beginning of our coastal walk and ice cream at the end. This is such a lovely little place serving good coffee, a varied selection of sandwiches, pasties. It also sells a small selection of Cornish gifts (from fudge and...chocolate to tableware). Lovely place for hungry walkers.More

Treen is a very little village not far from Portcurno. The cafe is near the car park, the road terminates here. We popped in after a long walk for cake and tea, the weather was nice so we sat outside. Pleasant gentlemen served us tea...and cake and offered further hot water and tea bag if needed. We had carrot cake, it was lovely, the cafe serves other cakes and sandwiches, we might be back another day to try the locally sourced crab sandwiches!More

Stopped by here for lunch and glad we did. My wife had a really nice cream tea and I had a pasty. Service and food were excellent and nice to be able to sit outside and watch the walkers and visitors go by

We stayed in Treen but as the cafe is only open between 10 and 4 we hardly used it at all as we tended to be out of the village for the day...shame as I had visions of starting the days with breakfasts there. The...cream tea, sitting outside in the sunshine was lovely and a great start to a week in Cornwall. But my daughter made the mistake of buying a vegan gluten free pie (she's gluten intolerant but not vegan) and it was pretty tasteless and still frozen in the middle. Having decided to let it finish defrosting in her bag it just turned to wet mush. The staff were lovely about it when we told them later and offered a refund but it might be worth telling people the pies might still be frozen when offering the option of having the pie hot or cold as it might sway their decision. Good ice-cream and not overly sweet ice lollies too....on the whole a really quirky, friendly addition to a village with a difficult to access beach and an even more difficult to access tourist attraction (the Logan Rock itself).More
