Stopped here on the spur of the moment just for a drink, decided to eat and we were very glad we did. The fish and chips were excellent. Very small pub but very welcoming staff. Wish it was my local.

No sorry as there are steep steps going up to the pub and no room if the person needed to use it for sitting.
