We called in here. While visiting Polperro, the staff were so genuinely friendly. My crap and prawn salad was so generous that I had to leave what looked like a full plate, my husband had the cottage loaf pie and couldn't finish it, however, my...More

Found this pub when trying to find the bus stop back to looe. Didn't have any food but from what saw coming from the kitchen looked and smelled delicious. Good choice real ales to choose from, traditional rural pub appearance.

Went to this pub twice during our visit. Very quite on the Wednesday but buzzing on the Thursday. Had a lovely meal, despite only having one steak available, an alternative was offered which was just as good - excellent Mac & Cheese.

Pricewise ok . Well chosen menue. Outside the main season nice and pleasant....sometimes a bit loud the music is.... which can disturb your conversation at the tables.
