The Cream teas are superb. The service is exactly what you expect. The building is historically interesting. The retail section is worth an explore. Even if you queue, this is the Place. Partly wheelchair friendly. Highly recommeded as it was to us.

We had been told to try this cafe & are so pleased we did. The staff were friendly & helpful, the heart-shaped scones with local jam & cream were delightful & beautifully presented. We enjoyed strolling around the shop afterwards.
