Fine Indian cuisine Established in 1994. Rajpoot is proud of bringing innovative home style cooking with great customer service. We are delighted to be awarded The Best Indian Restaurant In Cornwall by Pat Chapman of The Good Curry Guide.
Came in Wednesday 3rd November with my husband, amazing custom service, amazing food
One lady stood out in particular with red lipstick on, she was extremely friendly and such a pleasure to have in a work placement
Ordered a delivery to our holiday park. Food arrived on time, fresh and hot. We had Chicken Korma, Jalfreizi, sag aloo, rice and naans. Really good portion size with plenty of chicken and Well spiced. Would recommend this place to anyone!
After walking around St Ives to every restaurant we were resigned to starving. Our problem was not booking, places being closed and the dairy free/gluten free requirements of my wife. Luckily for us we saw the Rajpoot and thought we would try our luck. Very...welcoming staff who went through everything on the menu my wife could have ( note not all curry’s are made the same way). I tried a Tawa and my wife tried a Murgh Jalfrezi. Both were delicious. The place doesn’t serve alcohol but you can bring your own something to remember next time we are in St Ives. The service was fast and warm. Recommended.More
Every time we holiday in St Ives we visit the rajpoot . The food is excellent, the staff are extremely helpful. If possible it seems to get better on each visit . If you enjoy Indian food you will not be disappointed
We ordered at 5.40pm collected at 6.10pm - lamb saag tawa and chicken and king prawn balti with pilau rice and naan bread. Couldn't fault it !! Lamb was perfect and tawa not too hot, the balti was excellent !!
No sign of a crop...top !!
Staff very pleasent and price reasonable, will definitely use this as a takeaway again!!More
I don’t get the positive reviews of this place - I also don’t get that the restaurant was full either. Shocking rude ignorant service . Young female wearing a crop top - so off putting when eating - came over - abruptly asked what I...wanted - rolled her eyes when I asked a question then interrupted me saying “ look, what do you want “ . I asked for soda and was brought a glass of tap water : she then walked off without saying thankyou , not once smiling. Popadoms came with condiments in paper cups - all them out of a jar- onion chutney was just raw onion ! Onion bhajjes not fresh - weren’t crispy or hot . Chicken Bhakti had a weird after taste - like tomato soup - although it did have a nice kick. Pashwarmi bread had no sultanas , was dry and some weird almond paste spread in little bits . Gross ! And how much . For popadoms, bhaje ,balti and bread ? £27 !!! I wo7,don’t mind but the food was bog standered and the service shockingly bad . Why it was full I don’t know - maybe the locals don’t know a good curry place when they see one and maybe I’m spoilt here in Portsmouth ? Worst dining in experisnce I’ve had in the west county . And a total rip offMore
