We went there a couple of times for afternoon tea. We had hot mugs of tea which was served with a biscuit. The service was very prompt and the staff were very friendly.

Firstly, beware the cheap private car parks advertising £1 all day....that is for motorbikes only. Tintagel has become a town of trinket shops, hot pasties sold everywhere..even in the greengrocers. I last came here in 1962 and it was great. I won't bother again
Tintagel is a quaint but lively village that does amazing pasties and cream teas. The topping on the cake is the amazing castle which stradles between Tintagel island and the mainland. Not one for the faint of heart or those with any kind of issues...More
King Arthurs Castle. Very interesting, you get plenty of exercise walking up to the ruin, fun when its wet and windy but fantastic views.
