Wasn't sure quite what to expect on reading some of the signs in the tea rooms but was pleasantly surprised. Good value and quality and would certainly stop off there again when next back in Clovelly

Very reasonably priced Cream Tea. Great outdoor eating with beautiful views over the sea. Take good walking shoes.

What a great little tea room still retaining its age and charm, I felt that I was having tea back at my Nan's. We had a sandwich followed by a cream tea and very nice it was too. The staff were pleasant, freindly and happy...More

Lovely location, beautiful view from terrace area. Sandwiches were superb & pot of tea perfect! You are encouraged to share a table, brilliant idea, as typical Brits like us don't like doing this normally!!! The people we shared with turned out to be staying same...More

Once you start to climb the hill back, take some time to rest and look around, including a visit to this place. Very friendly, with tables that urge you to share as space is so limited, forcing people, in the nicest possible way, to engage...More

The tea - rooms are warm and cosy, the staff is helpful and very polite. They checked for me (vegan) all ingredients and I got something special to eat.

I think it would be fine to have a dog outside as there's a lot of outside seating but probably not inside, but I'm not certain. I think it's a better place to be in fine weather so outside I guess.
