We revisited The Thorverton Arms for Sunday lunch today. The meal was excellent, good, tasty beef and very nicely cooked vegetables. The service was friendly , prompt and polite. Really good value... and the small roast was absolutely sufficient for me!

Children welcome, nice garden for them and patio area. Also some toys, duplo etc for smalls in the snug. Welcoming staff, food delicious and very good value. Good range of real ales, wine etc. lovely atmosphere, free pool table which kids can use.
