Excellent!! Excellent!! Excellent!! I would rate this in my top 5 restaurants, maybe top 3. The service was 10/10. The food was 10/10. 3 courses we had and the price was very reasonable for such a high standard of food. Many thanks we will most definitely be seeing you again soon. 😊👌🏼💯

I highly recommend @Angela's. We went there last night and the food was superb. Truly fresh fish cooked to perfection, with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We will be coming back.

We were spending a couple of nights in Exeter and, after reading reviews on TA, we decided to eat at Angela's. The restaurant is on the edge of the city centre and is not very big. We were served by Angela herself and she could not have been more friendly. Our starters were fine and then three of use chose... More

If you want quality food with personal, friendly service in a restaurant that has a welcoming, homely yet professional feel (if that's not a contradiction), then this is a must for you. We were made to feel as though we were regulars - well worth the short walk 'off centre'. Will visit again next time we are in Exeter.

Picked here for our anniversary dinner after wanting to go for some time. While looking inauspicious from the outside the interior was nice and friendly. Waitress was lovely and very attentive. We had scallops and fish to start and while nice and light, were not incredible. The duck main course was superb and I would happily recommend to anyone. The... More

Confit Duck and mussels were excellent as was the Dover sole special and the the fillet. All sauces are gluten free as was the sticky toffee pudding. It is so easy to cook gluten free and this... My husband treated me to dinner on last night. This was a restaurant I have read such good reviews for and have wanted to try it for some time. Disappointed?? Absolutely NOT . From the time we arrived to when we left it was so warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly with the feeling that nothing would... More

Been meaning to go here for a long time and finally managed it this week. Food is honest and cooked to perfection. Sits slightly above average in price, but not uncomfortably. Repeat visit needed...
