Sunday roast (a big thank you for even offering such a thing as not everyone bothers!) and the rest of the menu looks amazing too. The staff are so welcoming (we particularly liked Martha who was serving us on our last visit) the beer is spot on and the puddings could quite literally feed 3 people! If you’re ever there... More

We had a very warm welcome from everyone, the food and service was excellent. Dinner was freshly cooked to order, we will definitely be visiting again,, our friends loved their stay there after a day of walking.

We've visited the Drewe Arms on a number of occasions and have found it absolutely delightful .I must say we have always enjoyed our food whatever we have opted for but I must stress that the sticky toffee pudding even I struggle to consume all of it. We have a dog which sometimes goes with us but dogs are only... More

Looks can be deceiving, the idyllic pub gave us high expectations, unfortunately they were crushed once the food arrived. The food was bland and basic at best. Although the quality of my steak was good and cooked blue to my liking the rest pretty terrible. Over cooked plain veg, unseasoned vegetable oil roast potatoes, the greasiest Yorkshire pudding I've ever... More

This is our 4th visit to Drewsteignton and obviously visits to the Drewe Arms were required. This pub just works, Gary runs it superbly, the food is divine and the beer and cider is kept to perfection. Although we were only in the village for 3 nights/2 days we had lunch, outside in the sun at the end of October,... More

Old fashioned unspoilt pub in lovely village. We had lunch there & whilst the food was very good, it's a bit pricey. Thought that the barman was bordering on rude & certainly not very friendly! The Otter Ale was less than perfect & pretty poor really.

Wow, 3rd visit to this village and in 1 week we had 6 meals here, not because we couldn't find anywhere else but why go anywhere else when to beer, food & service are so good. I tried a different dish every visit, my wife nearly did but was drawn to the fish & chips on more than 1 occasion.... More

Stayed here while walking the Two Moors Way. Great food, nice room which had a kettle but no mugs or tea bags. Great beer and friendly staff, would come again

We went down for a meal as a family for my dad's birthday on the 1st September, we've been here a number of times before for dinner and we're always impressed. There were some lovely specials to go for (lamb was amazing) and I had the haddock and chorizo dish which was excellent. I would highly recommend the food in... More
