I have only recently discovered this gem down on the Quay in Exeter. It's hidden away at the end of the row of cellars by the historical Quay, and they haven't made any effort to try and hide the fact is is an old cellar-like...More

Nice, cosy interior with lots of local history & assorted curiosities to give a characterful inside. Drinks were all good.

I’ve been several times and each time I’ve received different service. Sometimes the staff are friendly and helpful, sometimes slightly standoffish which made me feel like an inconvenience. The setting is so lovely though, especially when the sun is shining.

We came to the Quay after being at a uni open day. We had the carrot cake which was absolutely divine and I would highly recommend it, the staff were also so welcoming and friendly which made our visit even better, thank you very much!

We have used this place quite a lot in the past and although it is expensive and the staff are unfriendly it’s in a pleasant location. This time either we were overcharged or the prices have gone up further which regrettably means that we will...More

We went for an espresso. The taste was not the worst but the coffee had lees and the spoons is what you can see in the photos. The price paid did not correspond to the one indicated on the menu, it was more expensive. Experience...More
