Went to celebrate daughters baby shower. Lovely olde world place. Scones were cooked while we were there and were delicious. Lovely cream tea. Definitely go back. Well worth a visit excellent value for money.

It says the cafe is open until 4pm. I arrived at 3-45 this afternoon and was told the kitchen was closed, despite the shop being full of customers. If the opening time is until 4pm it should serve until 4pm and then close. It seems...More

The traditional afternoon tea is really lovely with the beautiful china and cloth napkins. Delicious sandwiches and scones! A sparkling clean Cafe and personal service. The vegan option is nicely done but with a surcharge.

Delicious meal. A variety of sweet and savoury treats, served witth warmth and a real attention to detail in the presentation. Above all, the scones were some of the best I've eaten... so tasty.

Thanks for your enquiry. The current pricing is £2.25 for pot of tea for one person and £2.30 for a scone with jam and clotted cream. I hope this information is helpful in planning your visit!
