Really good food, presented well with great service, staff really friendly. Great choice on the menu, pretty decorations (went in the evening) to light up the room.

Well I've got to respect the other reviewers though I just thought the place was very average. Very clean and empty, menu very basic. I had a burger which was dry, chips obviously from a cheap supermarket, mayonnaise which didn't taste like or even look like mayonnaise. Nice staff but everything just plain and very average.

Before going to the theatre we had a great meal at Steve's Brasserie. They offer a pre-theatre menu with a choice of either two or three courses at a set price. The service was very good and polite with the food coming out not long after we ordered. Everyone in our group enjoyed the food. As it is only a... More

We came as a fairly large party for a pre-theatre meal. The food was gorgeous and the service was exceptional. The waiter (I think he said his name was Channon?) was very friendly & efficient. I had the beetroot & goats cheese for starter and it was one of the best starters I've ever had. This was followed by seafood... More

Early evening meal and the restaurant was very quiet. The waitress was very charming and welcoming. I chose beetroot and goat cheese starter and mushroom risotto main from the early evening special menu. The starter was very fresh, well seasoned and generous; I loved the toasted walnuts. The mushroom risotto was amazing! As a vegetarian I am used to mushroom... More

Wow amazing food. Staying for one night in the hotel and decided to go down to Steve's Brassiere for dinner we were concerned as we were the only ones in there until about 20 minutes later and another person arrived. 7PM we were making jokes thinking this is going to be far from fresh because of the quietness, even assuming... Very quiet on our visit but good service and pleasant staff. Somewhat unusual dishes, well presented. Appropriate wine list available.

Ok food, bit rich (I had the the cofit duck), rough napkins and dated upholstery, not bad for the price but not great either.
