Today's visit was awful, had to wait for cups then waited 10minutes for milk, people were complaining about food standing under the heater lamps and not being passed out! It tends to be at busy times they can't cope, maybe not enough staff at times, but certainly it's not that we'll organised!!! This is not a ONE off at peak... More

Food is okay and cheap but they never have enough staff at peak times to cover demand. Often have to wait over 30 mins for the food to get to the table

Kids do not eat free unless you spend £4.50 per adult meal! The meals available for you are the full fat greasy ones leading to our grossly obese nation, I was offered an alternative minus some ingredients for which I would expect a reduction but they weren't forthcoming! Needless to say we will not visit again!😡😡😡

3 people behind the serving counter all preoccupied doing other things apart from serving customers! Then they overcharged me and I got no apology. All the other customers were talking about the poor service. On the plus side the ice cream sundae for £1 was very good value. Won't be back.

Lovely cooked breakfast, friendly staff, quick service. Offered extra toast but if you haven't got a huge appetite you really don't need it as you get fried bread with it. All washed down with a half decent coffee from the machine. Lovely jubbly

Friendly staff. Pleasant atmosphere for a supermarket joint. Prompt service. OK quality. Nothing to complain about here, so that can't be bad :)

The sanwiches are great, service for hot meals, slows than a snail stuck to chewing gum on a pavement. Good for patents after school buy one meal, get one free, so you wait twice as long

This is ok, nothing great. The quality of the produce is not the best. For the money you would be better off buying your own and taking it home to cook. They seem under staffed so not the best. The place is too small for slow service. The tables need to be cleared much quicker and the food delivered much... More

Description
Unusual request and suggestion maybe but this is a very good eating option in this part of town which has nothing else for about a mile around. This is a very busy store with ample parking and the cafe open eleven hours a day has a good deletion of fresh well cooked comparatively cheap meal deals. Always packed generally with a queue this has become a useful place and is therefore worth a tripadvisor entry. Also very close to the A38 junction.
