Wow where do I start about this meal out. Me and my partner were visiting friends in Plymouth and thought we would try this restaurant as I had heard some good reviews. However I was very shocked at the service we received. We ordered the...set meal for 4 but when our mains came out they were TERRIBLE! All of the curry’s lacked any flavouring, the rice was stodgy and we left pretty much all of it. When the waitress asked if we enjoyed the meal we explained that it didn’t taste of much and brought over the owner to talk to us. They offered us a £7 discount off a meal that was £122 and then when we told them we weren’t happy with that he continued to get very aggressive and abusive towards us. The son locked the door and stood in the way holding us against our will. We had to ring the police and get them to come to the premises to help us leave the situation. It was the most scary and traumatic thing I’ve ever gone through and it’s safe to say I definitely won’t be returning. I have video evidence of the owner’s behaviour and actions towards us and I will be contacting the police to take this further.More

Whilst staying in Plymouth we found this lovely Indian restaurant opposite our Premier Inn. 4*hygiene rating on the door we decided to give it a go. Menu selection was good, dishes we hadnt heard of before. So a break from the norm. The single waiter...was attentive, although he hadn't realised we didn't have cutlery and he gave me a chipped plate. Apart from that service was good and food was nice. I had king prawn garlic summer khan and husband had chicken ceylon. I wanted a lemon rice that wasn't on the menu and they kindly made it for me. Overall worth a try and reasonably priced.More

The chicken tikka was unpleasant. Both curries we had were average for this type of food . Its a lot of money for maybe a chicken breast each in an average slightly watery indian sauce. Poor value for money

Disappointed, curry sauce for biriani was watery, no flavour. Biriani dull no flavour rice poor and claggy overcooked. Barely any chicken five small pieces size of maltesers! Popodums one was bendy damp soggy and other was singed / burnt . What happened to you I...used to love coming to you !! Very poor indeed … even my chapati was wet and floppy not good , definitely don’t deserve your elaborate write up on your page .. bad food guysMore
