Had a really lovely time here - a beautiful cream tea in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Fantastic views too. Highly recommended.

We came for afternoon tea and I have to say in comparison to the Angels Cafe which we visited a few days ago - this place was very disappointing. No warm welcome on arrival, I get the feeling that they would prefer people of colour...More

It's interesting that you perceive a cafe not allowing you glasses with ice for your drinks purchased elsewhere as racism! It doesn't matter that you ordered scones; you don't then get to bring your own drink. We welcome visitors from all around the world 354...More

Located right next to the Cliff Railway, it seemed a perfect stopping point for some refreshments before taking the train down to the beach. Great service, very nice ice creams and toasties, so definitely recommended.More

The trick is to eat scones at the top then take the train down and walk back up for coffee. We've never worked it out accurately but we are pretty sure you work it all off by the time you get back to the top....More

Very good and fresh food. Staff were very friendly. They quickly cleared the tables and gave a window seat as it was our first visit. Card sandwiches were lovely.

Perched on the cliff top at the summit of the cliff railway, it has great views over the beach and serves delicious food with a smile. It also has free Wi-Fi which extends to the outside seating. Be aware though that dogs are not welcome...More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm sure you can appreciate that due to the location of the cafe a lot of dogs are walking past each day. Due to the proximity to the beach and sea we made the decision...More

My boyfriend and I ordered a couple of milkshakes today and were a little disappointed. We ordered one vanilla and one strawberry. When we received them they looked very similar in colour, tasted very similar and were just in a standard pint glass. I wouldn't...More

We quite often call in here when down in the Torquay area. The items we have tried have all been really nice - this is the coffee, sandwiches, cream teas and ice creams. The service is always quick and friendly and there is a view...More
