This really is some exceptionally good food. We both had Hake, with a bisque sauce, on saffron potatoes, and fennel, It was superb. The deserts are really good, they arent too sweet, just subtle, which means you can really enjoy the flavour. Poached pear and...Apple tartlet we had.
