This is a fabulous little quaint cafe. Had a lovely warm welcome. Freshly made sandwiches to our liking and tea in a pot with tea leaves not teabags. The difference was lovely I drank 3 cups.the menu looked lovely with homemade soups ans cakes ect.

Very charming tea room. Good service and friendly staff. My salmon and cream cheese sandwiches were really nice. My partner's sandwich (cheese and ham) was just average.

Always call in here when we visit torquay, so much choice on the menu and everything is homemade the cream teas are a delight with a choice of plain, fruit or xmas scones, you are always made to feel welcome and the proprietors always have time to make conversation with you, dont take my word try it for yourselves.

We visited this Tea Room on recommendation and really enjoyed our visit one lunch time. There was a brilliant menu with plenty of choice for all types of "foodies". The service was quick and the food was first class and very reasonably priced. We will certainly visit again when staying in Torquay.

Had coffee and cake after a busy day , owners were pleasant and although it was ten minutes before closing made us a brew . We also had plain cake and chocolate orange cake unfortunately the chocolate orange was marmalade which my wife doesn't like and was rather dry .

We had breakfast at the singing kettle and everyone's varying dietary requirements (including a gluten free, a veggie, a pregnant lady, a semi gluten free and a dairy intolerant!) were met leaving a table of happy diners :) The staff were friendly and also gave me some good gluten free baking tips :) I would highly recommend a visit if...
