I love love love The Libertine, the food is consistently good with ever changing specials, the atmosphere in the restaurant is just right ... not too quiet and never rowdy. Beverley was a perfect waitress and made our night even better!

Always enjoy a drink here where there is a variety of lagers and local beers available. You can see the copper pipes behind the bar which seem to guarantee a fresh crisp pint everytime. The food is exceptional too, especially the steaks, had the Chateaubriand,...More

Our kitchen team aim to cook simple, wholesome, homely food without the pretense. We focus on flavoursome dishes that make you want to come back time and time again. If we were to recommend anything on our menu, we'd have to say our steaks...cooked perfectly in our charcoal oven, or our great wood-fired pizzas.
