Had a really nice meal and the service was great but it could have been better. But coming back to give it a second chance

My partner and I had a lovely nut roast with plenty of vegetables and tasty gravy followed by delicious apple crumble and dairy_free ice cream. All in all a delicious experience topped off by friendly and efficient service. Would thoroughly recommend to everyone

I go regularly to be the poetry night at me cucumber as well as for lunch occasionally. The vegan food is both tasty and healthy. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere

Thought I'd give this place a punt, never having been to a vegan cafe before. The food menu isn't vast, but I quite like that as makes choice easier and there is certainly enough to chose from. Enchilada was fabulous, massively filling with a really good quality salad. Mushroom stroganoff was also good and the mushrooms had a nice dense... More

Had a delicious quiche and salad, followed by carrot cake and coffee at Mad Cucumber today. Lovely food, quirky decor and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended, regardless of whether you're a vegan/veggie or not.

I met friends for a catch up and it's a good place to meet and chat as not too noisy. Basic decor but adds to the ambiance. My tea was very strong and there were tealeaves at the bottom of my cup! My friends had a slice of chocolate cake which looked fabulous and they enjoyed it.

Lots of choice on the menu. Followed by a great selection of hot and cold drinks. Was spoilt for choice. Good portions too. There should be a place like this on every street. If I was to make one imprivement it would be to speed up the service ever so slightly.

I'm not a vegan, but this is a lovely place for a pit stop after some wandering around Bournemouth. The teas in particular are superb, and the staff were very helpful in getting us to pick the best ones. We also got a peanut butter slice, which was fab.

Thank Rob Y
