I remembered this place from the last time I was in Bournemouth years ago and thought it was worth a go. I wasn't disappointed, it was even better than I remembered it. The vegetarian menu is just fabulous. If you're vegetarian and you like Chinese...food you won't be disappointed. Great service fabulous food, if I lived closer I would eat here every day!More

Good straight-forward food, but not as good as some others we have visited up and down the country. Friendly and helpful staff. If you are visiting Bournemouth, it is a place to walk to if you plan to eat there before 8-00 p.m., as the...Council will charge £5 for street car parking across the road. Delicious tasty food. Freshly prepared and piping hot. A fantastic menu with something for everyone. The service was amazing, the staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend.

Appalling attitude on the telephone. Whichever male member of staff who hung up the phone on me when I was trying to book a table for this Saturday was rude and unhelpful during the conversation. We booked an early evening meal here on the off chance as it was within walking distance of our hotel. We were absolutely wowed with the choice and quality of the food here. Scallops were divine, as were the dim sum, and the noodles were...just so tasty we couldn't leave anything, despite there being plenty and we were both full! Staff were delightful and friendly and the cost of the meal was very reasonable for the quality and choice of food on offer. Highly recommended.More

The food was delicious and plentiful. We had shared starter platter, which was well presented and a great variety of tasty dishes then the set menu, which again was delightful. We left satisfied and full but didn’t feel bloated or sluggish and it felt healthier...than most Chinese restaurants. The staff were really attentive and helpful welcoming. The drinks are pricey tho with four diet cokes costing £12. Other than that over price was reasonable. Would definitely revisit 😃More

Awful dinner, loved this restaurant in the past, had sweet and sour chicken, prawn crackers, husband had sweet and sour fish. Well chicken was stringy and grey looking, prawn crackers some burnt!other stale, ate it and 5 minutes later threw the lot back up!! Never...again, £28 was horrid mealMore

We were welcomed to the restaurant very warmly. All the staff were so friendly, so helpful and very good at what they did. There was a lot of choice on the menu and we liked the surroundings. We had delicious starters to share, arranged beautifully....They were delicious. We then shared several dishes. The food was hot and tasted so good. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at the Mandarin. A fantastic experience. It wasn’t our first time and we we will be back soon. Thank you.More
