Never fails to impress. Lovely atmosphere good beer and food. The family have esten hear a few times and this traditional pub really comes up to the mark. Fantastic location at the bottom of gold Hill .good parking. Well worth a visit. Caleb

Nice old fashioned traditional pub. Warm welcome, dog friendly. Family run pub. Home made food, good potion sizes. Board games to occupy you while waiting for food.

Have seen dogs in the bar area, assume that means dog friendly though it could just as easily mean the dogs of regulars only are accepted. Definitely seen dogs in garden. Sorry can't be more specific.
