I knew it wasn't going to be good when saw people eating off of plastic plates and no chopsticks in sight! And oh boy the food was dismal. I have no idea where the chicken comes from but it's not from a chicken that's for sure! Will not be going back, go only if you like rubber chicken! GRIM

We stopped in here for a lunch on a bit of a whim and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, and the service was perfect - helpful but not over-attentive. The food was really good and the portions large. What drew us in initially was the fact that a lot of the local Chinese community were eating... More

I love China China! Very understated in terms of decor, more of a 'canteen' vibe but as long as you're a relaxed person you will enjoy! The food is great when you know what to order! Fresh and quick out of the kitchen because everybody works so hard! Very friendly and attentive staff!

Nice staff but dishing up snake meat and making out it is chicken is disgusting!! It did not taste like chicken & my partner has had snake before so she knew straight away!! The prawn toast was nice but the duck was not sliced up and left on the bone so u had to bite off. The egg fried rice... More

We stopped at China China for lunch on our first day in Brighton thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was exceptional and the food was served hot and quickly. The menu was varied and interesting -- quite a departure from what we see in the US. (Ever had "chicken feet" or "toes", complete with claws? Me neither.

You know you are on to a good thing when the Chinese restaurant is full of Chinese people. We arrived for lunch and took our seats. It is a no frills restaurant, not the most friendly service in the world but the food really is decent. Served on plastic plates, cafe style environment but tasty tasty grub. Ideal for a... More
