We ate here on the 7th January for lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This is our thrid visit and after trying many other very good restaurants in Brighton, we've come to the conclusion that this is our favourite. Every course was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The wines are well looked after and our champagne was especially delicious. The... More

Made a last minute booking at 24 for New Years Eve. Service and food was excellent - menu well balanced and we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Super special mention to Jamie as I rather stupidly left my wallet on the table and he made sure it was returned safely even on his day off

Wonderful food well cooked. Modern French style. The waiters are friendly and helpful. The tasting menu is not cheap but worth trying.S really good fine dining experience.

We visited this restaurant for the first time last night for our wedding anniversary and to celebrate NYE. What an amazing welcoming place, we had the taster menu which can only be described as exquisite! Each course a taste explosion, with a Masterchef-esque narration from our brilliant and entertaining waiter. I have not tasted fine dining such as this in... More

To read this review in context, please be aware that I am not a fan of haute cuisine. I attended the restaurant as a guest of others and had a three course meal. The food was well presented and the service provided was very good. There were two complementary courses of bread and a sorbet to cleanse the palate between... More

This was on my wife's shortlist of restaurants she wanted to go to for her 50th birthday meal and I'm very glad we did. We chose from the table d'hote menu and there were plenty of options for all of us. The breads were lovely especially the quails 'scotch' egg, the cured mackerel starter was lush, the 3 birds, halibut... More

We had booked for our Christmas meal and weren't disapointed. Although we went on a tuesday and the restaurant was quite quiet we had a great time and excellent service. We knew it was going to be a good night when a cup of hot water honey and lemon turned up to the table to help ease the tickly cough... More

Visited here on Saturday for a special 50th birthday. Food was wonderful, perfectly cooked and the flavours were well matched. Service was excellent and we managed to stay for over 3 hours! A perfect lunch.

We booked here for my friend's birthday and as it had been on our to do list for a while, were really looking forward to going. What a disappointment. We opted for the tasting menu with paired wine. I should just add, every ounce of disappointment lay with the food not the service, that was very good. First course was... More

So sorry that you feel your experience with us was less than perfect. We have received fantastic feedback for our current tasting menu, but will however bear your comments in mind. Sadly I guess the tasting menu at 24 is not for everyone. More

I never do this, but was stunned to experience such a different meal to the rest of the reviewers. 8 of us were booked in for the tasting menu on Saturday night - this had been pre-ordered. We also wanted the wine flight to accompany this, as it is easier for the table and the staff alike. After 15 minutes,... More

We are sorry that you feel your experience with us was anything less than perfect. Contrary to your comments, our dishes are incredibly carefully and lovingly composed. The tasting menu is designed as an overall experience, therefore it is hard to give rounded feedback based on only the first two delicate courses. I do take care to advise anyone making... More
