Cannot wait to come back. We were going to a concert in Brighton so looked for a restaurant to have dinner at before. This one popped up in the search with good reviews, and it is easy to understand why. A friendly greeting at the door, not raced to choose our food, and appetisers supplied whilst we waited for the main meals to be freshly cooked. What a fantastic meal. I had the lamb and chicken kebab with salad and rice, and my husband had a creamy chicken and mushroom dish with rice. The best Turkish meal we have had, and the best meal out in a very long time. The food was superbly cooked, the waiting service polite and non intrusive, and the wine served at the exact right temperature. We are not local to Brighton but will definitely look to return another time, and would recommend this restaurant to anyone wishing for a great dining experience at a very sensible price.

First things first, the customer service is amazing! I’m from Ireland and decided to visit Brighton with my partner for a few days. At first we were overwhelmed with the amount of restaurants available in the city, and not many places offered vegetarian meals (my partner is vegetarian). We walked around and saw this Turkish restaurant and said we’d give it a try. We loved the food and the hospitality offered by the owner himself, his wife and his nephew. We also got to meet the chef for a brief moment!The music was great and the aesthetic of the restaurant was relaxing and inviting. There was also a bit of history about the human goddess Medusa accompanied on the menu. We also had the pleasure of trying some Turkish tea which was delightful.
The prices are great, especially for the lunch menu, a two course starter and lunch for £12.95, if I am correct. Great value! Would recommend to anybody looking to try something new when visiting Brighton! Will definitely go again when we are back!

OMG, food was incredible!!!
Out of all the restaurants in Brighton, we just fancied eating Turkish Cuisine, which my wife absolutely loves. We were not disappointed. We opted for the £70 for 2 complete set menu.
The hot and cold meze for starters were absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed the Turkish sasuage which was to fresh, well seasoned and tasty. We enjoyed all the starters too. Then we had some delicious meats cooked for us as the mains, the lamb was amazing as well all the kebabs, also loved the rice too.
Just about everything was so delicious. Then we had some delicious home made baclava too which was so wonderful and delicious. When the chef heard our amazing comments on the food, we were also treated to two free Tequila Rose shots too!!!
We were really impressed with Figo too who brought our delicious foods, so friendly, engaging and attentive!!
They even offered a Blue light card discount too, which made it even more affordable, I can see these guys are out to please and showcase their wonderful food to all.

Me and my partner and 6month old came for lunch last week. The whole experience from start to finish was incredible. The gentleman who greeted me my partner and child was so attentive. Seeing we had a young child (six months) he offered us a high chair making us feel very welcome. The food alone was outstanding, the pricing is fantastic compare to similar restaurants in the city. We can’t wait to visit again.

My friend and i visited this restaurant last night. We were warmly welcomed and had a lovely evening. Every member of staff were very friendly especially Neil who was very entertaining but who also helped us to decide on our menu choices. We had dips and bread to start followed by stuffed peppers and a chicken and rice dish for main. All dishes were delicious but i sadly couldn't finish mine as i was too full. Will definitely be back and will recomend to others.

We came for a couple of nights, on our last night we found this restaurant and went in for the set menu - £70, I would say that there is plenty of food and this would probably feed 3-4 people.
Great value for money, food was very fresh and really authentic.
New restaurant still building its reputation, but we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Neil came over and had a chat, he explained every dish that we had. He was a really nice guy, he also had a little party trick - napkin roses!
I even got a complimentary Turkish tea and took away a doggy bag.
We wish them all the best and if we are back in Brighton we will back

Visited this restaurant based on trip advisor reviews, it’s only recently opened and I can highly recommend a visit. Firstly, the staff are incredibly polite and accommodating. The service was exemplary and nothing was too much trouble. The food is authentic Turkish cuisine and very tasty. We ordered the hot meze platter starter which was enough for 4 of us to share. Followed by lamb mousakka and yoghurt chicken/yogurt lamb dishes. The mousakka came with fresh salad, and the other dishes came with rice and grains mix. The portions were very generous and filling. We were very impressed by the quality and flavour of our meals. We were also delighted when we were treated to a round of drinks and complimentary dessert when they realised we were there to celebrate our collective birthdays, which was very much appreciated! Definitely worth a visit, you won’t be disappointed!

Just had lunch in this restaurant which has only been open since August and it was absolutely lovely. Jack was warm and friendly and gave us a friendly welcome. Me and my wife ordered the lamb and chicken shish, which was tender and delicious and came with both salad and a mixture of rice and bulgur wheat, which were also delicious. We just about had room for dessert, where we ordered a baklava to share and were given two Turkish teas for free, which was a nice touch. Baklava came with ice cream, which was lovely and the mains came with free bread and garlic/chilli sauces, which were also delicious. Jack was a pleasure to talk to and the price we paid for our meal was reasonable. We would not hesitate to come here again and you should not hesitate in giving this place a try. The ambiance in the place is so nice, amazing for a meal out with your family or a date.
The lamb was so tender and the chicken was very moist. 10/10 would definitely recommend if you are in brighton! Service was really good too and staff is very friendly and accommodating:)

Not what we expected. After reading reviews we decided to give it a go… What a mistake !, We went for lunch. Place was nice but service was poor and no one came to ask us if the food was good. We had the lamb and took long to come and you could tell it wasn’t fresh and not tender. Good portions but expensive for the quality. Sadly we won’t be returning as there are way better Turkish restaurants in the city. No wonder it was empty !!

Very disappointed after reading such great review, I was so looking forward to a delicious meal. I ordered a lamb shish, menu states charcoal grilled on skewers - five medium sized pieces of lamb came- not on a skewer - and not charcoal grilled. The meat was soft and wet, did not resemble charcoal meat - I presume it had been previously cooked, frozen and reheated, it had certainly not been near a charcoal grill to be cooked before serving to me. My friend had the same lamb but with the yogurt, neither of us could eat it.

According to the reviews on here this place is outstanding but that definitely was not my experience. On the plus side the staff are very friendly and the bread and dips which come as standard are very tasty. However my main course arrived and I waited about 5 mins for the rest of my table to get theirs before they insisted I start. Unfortunately it can't have been very hot to start with because by this time it was barely lukewarm and it was also very bland. The other 3 main courses arrived a good 5 mins later after that which was at least 30 mins from the time we ordered. It was a late lunch and there were only a few other tables being served so there really was no excuse even though it was being cooked fresh to order.

Mercimek çorbası ve Beyti yedik, özellikle çorba çok güzeldi. Her yemek pide ve acı ezmeyle geliyor tam ozledigim gibi çok iyi geldi yemeğin yanında. Servis de hızlıydı.
Had the lunch menu (Lamb beyti and lentil soup). Would have the soup again but would like to try something new as a main. The food comes with Turkish bread and dips- the spicy one is actually spicy and tastes exactly like it does in Turkey! The service was quick and they were very welcoming. (There is no service charge which is very hard to come by in Brighton nowadays)

Chose this restaurant based on trip adviser reviews, couldn’t have been more pleased we did. We came at lunch and enjoyed the lunchtime menu, which was amazing value for money and the food was delicious. As well as that the service received by Amin was second to none. I’d highly recommend when visiting Brighton.
