A lovely place for a cup of tea/coffee - limited seating but worth it! Highly recommend the mint tea.

We spent a very pleasant hour or so here, eating red salmon baguettes & sharing a pot of tea while a saxophonist played jazz in the park and the people walked by. And if you can't get a table..... either someone will find another & set it up, or there's always the lawns. There was a bit of a queue,... More

Nice location with music wafting through the air. Food is okay we both had baked potatoes both heaped with filling maybe less filling but better quality ingredients next time. But they are producing a lot of food from a very small cafe too very large crowd.

Sitting in the gardens in a summer day it seems like the world is at peace with itself. People are clearly relaxing and enjoying themselves and I found myself doing the same. Good self service. Good selection of snacks and drinks. Life can't get better than this.

The best rock cakes you'll ever eat can be found at the Pavilion Gardens Cafe, Brighton. A peaceful venue in the middle of a busy town. The cafe faces the Royal Pavilion Buildings across a spacious lawn where many people were having a picnic. Surrounded by luxuriant floral flower beds, this is an idyllic place to spend an hour or... My choir sang in the lovely Pavilion Gardens yesterday. So both before, during our interval and afterwards many of us had cups of tea, coffee, biscuits, cakes and ice-cream. All were served with friendliness and efficiency despite the long queues. My husband who is a coffee fanatic said his coffee was excellent. The cafe is on the edge of the... More
