Slightly off the beaten tourist route, but only 2 minutes stroll from Brighton Royal Pavillion, is this tremendous sandwich bar. Not only freshly made sandwiches, with a variety of breads, but hot specials too. Sean & his team provide a a cheerful & efficient service. No room to sit inside, but the beach & Pavillion gardens are close by! Next... More

One of my colleagues recommended this place and I wasn't disappointed. The chap behind the counter (Frankie?) was very friendly and helpful and made a few suggestions. I had a lovely toasted baguette and not only was it very tasty (ham, cheese, tomato and red onion), but it wa very reasonably priced as well! The chap wished me a Merry... More

I often tootle around town and stop for coffee, cake a sandwich ...Frankie Vaughns at the bottom of Edward Street , Brighton is by far one of the best and worth a detour. Brighton has a couple of really fine Coffee retailers, grinding their own blend of beans and you will find one of the best produces here. Freshly roasted,... More

This is the best deli in Brighton. I just started working nearby, and was given my Frankie Vaughn's initiation on my first day. Wow! What a choice, and great value! They make fresh sandwiches, giant baguettes, toasted ciabattas/focaccias, and Thai wraps! I tried a chickenThai green curry wrap, packed full of flavor! Wow! I'm gonna try the tasty salad boxes... There's so much delicious food to choose from. Delicious sandwiches, wraps (pakora and sweet chilli omg!) salads, cakes. The list goes on. Friendly staff and a great central location. If you've not been before, search it out!

Wanted something good for lunch, walked by this place, went in and was greeted by smiling and very helpful staff. The deli menu is extensive and the wrap was one of the best I've ever had. It was the pakora special. Fresh, great taste and made with care. Loved it - especially the light wrap - and very reasonable. Perfect... More
