Since 2008 - LoveFit Cafe is the UK’s (and Europe’s) Original Protein Restaurant. We include the macros on all our foods, because we want you to be in control of what you eat. And we say that all our foods are ‘tastebud tested and body approved’ because we make the kind of high-protein food and drinks, we think you’ll really enjoy feeling good about eating. I chose this cafe as it was close to my hotel and it opened early. When we arrived, we were served promptly and the staff were very helpful at ensuring I chose the right cooked breakfast (I'm fussy and wanted a few items removed!). Service was quick, food was very yummy and fresh, served piping hot. Cafe was clean.

Breakfast for one.
Love Fit Cafe is on the way down the hill, not far from the station (handy location). Nice welcoming cafe. Extensive menu - everything from beverages, to full English breakfasts & everything in between.
I ordered the vegetarian full English & it was lovely.
Scrambled eggs, vine ripened tomatoes, 2 slices of whole meal toast, baked beans, 2 Linda McCartney sausages, mushrooms & a nice big cup of coffee.
Good quality fare. Lots of it & kept me going all day.
Highly recommended.

I edit Super-A, an online fitness magazine for people over 40. So I love to talk about everything fitness. As well as writing about fitness, I also travel the world teaching fitness and Yoga (Senior Yoga Teacher).
I love smoothies, but not many people know how to make them well, even when given specific instructions. My visit to Love Fit Cafe was an excellent experience greeted by friendly staff. Especially my waitress Ambra, who meticulously noted my specific ingredients requirements for my custom-made Super-A smoothie. I later found out that she also made it for me. It was perfect. They now have the recipe, so you should try it for yourself. Or choose something else from their excellent menu.

We ate breakfast at Lovefit Cafe this week. It was a really nice experience. The cafe is in a great location down the road from the station. Very healthy menu which states all the macros in each dish.
We both ordered black coffee & scrambled eggs in granary toast.
It was very tasty, I particularly enjoyed the roasted vine tomatoes - they had so much flavour.
Helpful staff, clean & tidy establishment, lovely healthy food & not ridiculously expensive.
Recommended.

Called in late afternoon about an hour before closing time.
First visit , very friendly- great tasty food
Sat in the window and watched the world go by.
Try the toasties - recommend the New Yorker .
Worth a visit to see the LED palm tree

Clean and friendly cafe and not too crowded. Lovely ambience with lots of regular customers. Great selection for all the family from vegan and vegetarian to BLT and pancakes plus delicious fresh juices and smoothies.

This little cafe didn’t quite live up to my expectations but, nevertheless, our toasted sandwiches were very nice and very tasty. At 12.30 on a Monday the place was almost empty which was a little surprising, but they seemed to do a good trade in takeaway.
No complaints, but just not overwhelmed.

Had a fabulous breakfast this morning at Lovefit Cafe. The scrambled eggs where great . Nice thick toast and plenty of butter. Plus the butter wasn’t hard like some times it can be . It was spreadable . Great atmosphere . Outside seating . Dog friendly . Service fab. Very friendly staff . Try the scrambled eggs you’ll be amazed how good they are . On the way down from the station to the city. Well reccommended

Unbelievable! My girlfriend loved the concept of making a full English completely healthy.
We went in, welcomed with opened arms. Couldn’t have asked for friendly staff.
Ordered 2 full breakfast & 1 banana berry smooth for our 18month old.
When the breakfast came out, we both had the same thought of “that’s not a lot”, but honestly struggled to finish, (and I can for the both of us)!
And it didn’t feel “dirty” after a full English usually does. It was amazing!
We’re not from Brighton, but both said this will be our first stop off the train when we come back!

I was looking for breakfast before travelling by train and this is convenient for the station.
It was a warm morning so I chose to sit outside. I liked that tables were cleaned and reset promptly as outer tables are often left to last.
Staff were really nice and helpful.
The outside seats are under cover but there's quite a steep step up however they were happy to take my order at the table despite being "order at counter".
I can honestly say I never had nicer scrambled eggs. Coffee was really nice too. A little on the pricey side but worth it in my opinion

I love this place and I love Lauren! Visiting from London today and I was looking for a place to grab breakfast between the train station and the beach. LoveFit is just a few hundred metres from Brighton train station and what a find. The full English breakfast was the best I’ve eaten for a long time and the outside terrace a delight. Our waitress Lauren looked after us and was so helpful and super chirpy. The place has a great vibe and the food and drinks were delicious..
This place is a must ffpr anyone visiting Brighton.

Highly recommend this spot for breakfast in Brighton. I had a protein shake to go on the first day and scrambled egg on toast on the second day. Really friendly, very tasty, great selection of healthy options.

Such a lovely place, we have been going here for years and have never been disappointed. The restaurant is clean, calm and friendly- the staff are always chatty and happy to help. The food is delightful, lots of options for all dietary requirements (vegan pancakes are sooo good!). There is outdoor and indoor seating which is nice! Overall a really lovely place.

My second visit. I was in way to a meeting & this was a perfect location 5 minutes walk from Brighton Station.
Clean, nice seating, well pitched background music. Outdoor area if you need it.
Enthusiastic & cheerful staff. Quick service . Good coffee. Nice Chicken chipotle & bacon toastie.
Cost £8.50 which I think is fair for quality & location.

We just went in on spec. what a friendly good value cafe, the food was excellent and sensibly priced. We enjoyed our lunch so much we went out of our way to go again on the second day of our short break.
