Highly recommend this spot for breakfast in Brighton. I had a protein shake to go on the first day and scrambled egg on toast on the second day. Really friendly, very tasty, great selection of healthy options.

Had brunch here as we were leaving Brighton. Nice staff, quick service. Had yoghurt and granola and a bacon sandwich and 2 very large coffees. All good. Quite pricey for portion sizes.

Breakfast for one. Love Fit Cafe is on the way down the hill, not far from the station (handy location). Nice welcoming cafe. Extensive menu - everything from beverages, to full English breakfasts & everything in between. I ordered the vegetarian full English & it...was lovely. Scrambled eggs, vine ripened tomatoes, 2 slices of whole meal toast, baked beans, 2 Linda McCartney sausages, mushrooms & a nice big cup of coffee. Good quality fare. Lots of it & kept me going all day. Highly recommended.More

I chose this cafe as it was close to my hotel and it opened early. When we arrived, we were served promptly and the staff were very helpful at ensuring I chose the right cooked breakfast (I'm fussy and wanted a few items removed!). Was just looking for a place to do some revision before I went to the gym and found the best range of protein shakes and smoothies with a ton of vegan options too which is always great to see. The staff are so lovely and...create a very welcoming atmosphere, I'll definitely be making this a regular stop before the gym!More

My second visit. I was in way to a meeting & this was a perfect location 5 minutes walk from Brighton Station. Clean, nice seating, well pitched background music. Outdoor area if you need it. Enthusiastic & cheerful staff. Quick service . Good coffee. Nice...Chicken chipotle & bacon toastie. Cost £8.50 which I think is fair for quality & location.More

We ate breakfast at Lovefit Cafe this week. It was a really nice experience. The cafe is in a great location down the road from the station. Very healthy menu which states all the macros in each dish. We both ordered black coffee & scrambled...eggs in granary toast. It was very tasty, I particularly enjoyed the roasted vine tomatoes - they had so much flavour. Helpful staff, clean & tidy establishment, lovely healthy food & not ridiculously expensive. Popped into Lovefit for a flat white and breakfast roll and both were delightful. The staff was welcoming, the place was clean, the decor is adorable. Recommend!

Day trip to Brighton..straight out the train station.. Just as we walked down the hill and see this a few steps from the station.. First good looking cafe was this one... So welcoming so friendly... So in we go.. Great interior and real clean and...tidy.. So we ordered the full breakfast and Caffè latte with caramel.. It didn't disappoint us... Delicious tasty and we felt like we couldn't walk it was so filling... ((Even the toilet was so clean)) Lovely welcoming staff... 100% be back xMore

Clean and friendly cafe and not too crowded. Lovely ambience with lots of regular customers. Great selection for all the family from vegan and vegetarian to BLT and pancakes plus delicious fresh juices and smoothies.
