Delicious fresh sushi. Couldn't fault it. We arrived and had the set menu. It was late and we arrived just before it closed. Each course was prepared perfectly and with care

We had heard that this was a good place for sushi so we choose to go there for my son's birthday. I always check for the cleanliness of a restaurant so was please to see a 5 on the door. However place mats would have been nice and chopstick holders to keep them off the table would have been more... More

Nipped in without a reservation on Monday night. The restaurant was fairly full and obviously very popular. There were a lot of Japanese in there so I was not surprised to find the food of a very high quality.

We visited Sushi Garden as we wanted a Japanese food experience in Brighton and saw good reviews of it. We also dropped in earlier in the day to book our table, so knew it was welcoming. When we arrived, we were most certainly not disappointed, although we really need not have booked, as it was fairly empty. The menu offers... More

Stopped here for lunch and copied what the two Japanese students were having next to us. Set lunch E & F were great value and tasted superb. I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

Great, great, great sushi in the heart of Brighton! Excellent maki rolls and great sake! We had maki rolls with crispy shrimps, with salmon and crab and were all delicious! Whenever in Brighton and hungry for sushi, definitely go to the "Sushi Garden"!!!

Food first. Fresh, beautifully presented and tasty. Good advice from young waiter who knew the dishes in detail. Stylish surroundings but still comfortable and casual. We were only in Brighton briefly but this was a great find. Well done. Try the sake tasting - pictured. My first Bibimbap - very nice. Ikamayo. Pork curry katsu - delicious. Also had the... More

I have been eating at this restaurant for about 3 years now. It started off OK, and in the last 2 years, it has gone downhill. I ordered tuna and salmon sashimi , the tuna was mediocre, and the salmon was terrible. The pieces were too large, it was mushy, and grainy, and when I mentioned this to the staff,... More
