Dear customer, yes we do reply to our customers questions/complaints, I sincerely apologise for the mistake and had apologised to you there and then whilst you was dining and I had realised that you are vegetarian and the wrong dish has even served to you,and had also offered to change your food for you straightaway giving you 1st priority.
As you have mentioned yourself you have been dining at Bay Spice for years but never had a problem before this.
I do sincerely apologise it was a human error and not intentional.
