After seeing Facebook video

After seeing Facebook video like many others I decided to give it a go. Food was very nice. You could really smell bbq. Burgers were really nice. Overall very very good kebab and burgers. Two complaints though, one £12 for chicken and lamb donner with onion was rather expensive but again I must stress it was nice. Second, portion was very very small. To be honest I have never had such small mixed kebab. If you not meat lover like me you won’t be disappointed.

Not the same as in the past

Little disappointed tonight with my doner kebab. Well firstly only live round the back so put order in for collection. As you can see asked for XL doner kebab but tbh I think it may of been a standard size as the one I usually have you can't close the lid down for meat. Now missing was the green peppers no cucumber & a little bit of tomato. Was more white onion & cabbage than meat. The wife's chicken shish wasn't really talking about but she was peed off as she had to go & get the missing green peppers as we both love then anyway rant over I've left a review on there page.

Food was good but found it to be a bit cold. And not to what I had ordered on the phone.

Nice quick delivery. But was then shocked to find it was nearly cold and not exactly what I had ordered. The garlic mushrooms where burnt and did not even taste of garlic. I ordered hulliomi but got hummus and a massive tub. With a small pitta bread that was rock hard.

Rude and arrogant owner

Batman grill what a load of rubbish the facebook review was as the owner is extremely rude and I very upset. I don't get annoyed often- I ordered over the phone the great reported £20 kebab from the Facebook review at 7.30pm to be delivered at 8.30pm. To be told its now £25, NO WORRIES. I live 800m from the takeaway roughly but was watching football in the Royal Albert. I went across to my flat across the road at 8.25. At 8.45 I call and ask where is my delivery ordered 1 hour 15 minutes ago. The person on the phone said we are busy. I asked to talk to the manager he said tough we are busy and the the kebab turned up at 9.05 I am slightly annoyed . Might be a nice kebab but the owner when asked at 8.50 why is it late he told me tough order somewhere else. He needs to be taught customer service skills. The chips are soggy the pitta bread cold and rock hard, the kebab meat was cold sat in conjealed fat. If you don't like me review come along and talk to me 192 the delivery address

Best Kebab around

Honestly hands down the best kebab around I order from a different town for this reason! Not being a local and moving to a town with not great takeaways this recommendation from a local has been a god send and now our go to takeaway. Massive portions, excellent quality, always piping hot and well priced delivery always on point considering they have to come out of their way. Will not use anyone else and always friendly helpful staff. Thank you for another lovely meal Batman Grill! Highly recommend the Batman grill mixed kebab you will not be disappointed!

Sorry but this was a total waste of money. The dearest kebab you have on your menu at £16.50 so would of thought it would of been enough for 2 but no. 1 large kofta Some lamb, chicken and donner meat in polystyrene box and 1 pitta bread for £16.50 a total ripoff. 1 pitta bread that costs you about 6p how tight can you be. Could of got 3 different small kebabs for that price. Other places would serve that in a metal tray and at least 50% more food. Also bland as well. Obviously never again many more better places in Hastings

Really gone down hill

Used to use this place all the time, just moved back into the area and wanted a Kebab so this was first choice. Kebab was still good but the salad, which used to be excellent, was almost inedible. We ordered the full mixed salad but what we got just appeared to consist of onions and cabbage and had clearly been left on the hot plate until it was just mush. No tomatoes and cucumber etc. as promised. IF they are going to allow you to select exactly what you want in your salad then they could at least give you what you have selected.

Fatty greasy overrated kebabs

I just don’t understand how this place has won an award!! The kebab is greasy and the meat poor quality as is the salad which basically consists mainly of lettuce and onion. No red cabbage or cucumber.worst kebab I’ve had in years. The kids meals were so tiny and of poor quality. Waste of money...would not recommend.

Disgusting service

I have been a loyal customsr for decades. Tonight a simple order was totally incorrect and two kebabs had no salad another was the wrong size small instead of large. Chips on another were soaking wet and soft and looked like they had been tossed in as an after thought Phoned to allow errors to be corrected person on phone blamed us for not requestibg salad and not being clear. Prices have increased massivly Disgusting service. Shame! Wont be back would not recommend to anyone

Dissatisfied and disappointed !

Disgusting value for money . How this place has won awards is beyond me ?? Meat shoved on top of the very little salad you get . Soggy and disgusting . Chicken was just about edible . Most of it went in the bin ! Compared to other kebab shops the portion size especially for an X-large was terrible . A few years ago this place used to be good . Won't bother again . Awful !!!

Rude staff

I have been in the shop many of times and the young girl that works there is so rude and arrogant her face says it all,I then started to call up as I couldn’t stand to go in and talk to her anymore however, she is the girl that answers the phones aswell, I have never felt so uncomfortable talking to someone and quite frankly I have never felt so intimidated by someone so young! However, this isn’t the case all the time, there is another lady that is very nice to talk to her costumer service is fantastic. Apart from that one girl there, their is nothing to fault about the shop, the boys who work in there are lovely and the food is great. I will not be ordering from there again when she is working

Ordered takeaway to arrive at 7pm, arrived at 6.50 which was a bit annoying as not all of the family had got home. The food box was then dripping in water, like they had been cooked and left to sit sweating in the bag. The order was wrong and when I phoned up I as meet with rudeness. I was told they would collect the order to ‘check’ the item was wrong first! When I said they had given us a small chips they then told me I was wrong and that I had got a large, I was completely dismissed with no apology! Definitely no where near like it used to be, food looked like prison slop!!

How one earth did they win an award??? I would award them them for the WORST kebab shop in Sussex! It was cold, came with a bit of lettuce & onion. Bland, & overall totally awful... a disappointing waste of money.

Extremely rude

Will not order from here again

Order turned up after an hour and 5 minutes. Cold and soggy. Rang to complain and was told it could not be possible as the driver had come straight to us. Will never order from here again.
