Never had a bad meal here and is great value. The cod is very fresh and the meal is a big portion size. Great for all the family.

Great find at end of high street. Was quite busy so hit of wait but well worth it, it was very tasty!

A first for Rip-Off Rye - a truly excellent restaurant with reasonable prices. I have never had such good fish and chips. Lovely people. Floor was a bit greasy and it's not pretending to be smart. Highly recommend you go there.

Go to Marino on a fairly regular basis , usually great quality price rapport , but occasionally fish is just too deep fried , but always great soggy chips

A lovely lunch shared with family and friends, the fish and chips were all perfectly cooked and great service, can wait to come back again in the Summer (when hopefully it won't rain!)

As we walked past we were drawn in by the hypnotic smell of fish which was too tempting. The staff were friendly and the service was lovely. The food did not disappoint.

I like my fish with crispy batter and no soft floppy chips and Marinos scored top marks on both counts. We sat in the restaurant area and enjoyed a nice bottle of wine at a very competitive price and perfectly cooked fish and chips. Highly recommended.

Order, pop next door for a quick beer, tuck in to the best fish and chips in Sussex. It doesn't get better than this! Neon & Co, keep up the good work.

Never been here before, which is a mistake I'm pleased we rectified. If they gave Michelin stars to chippies - Marinos would get one! We went in the winter when it wasn't terribly busy but I would imagine it could get crammed during the summer. You can have a take away or eat in with a waitress service. The service... More
