About
Front Room Cafe is the Winner of Sussex Cafe of the Year 2014. Front Room is a family owned and run Coffee House and Tapas Restaurant located on the High Street in the Heart of Seaford's Old Town. The Front Room is the only Cafe in Seaford that is open 7 days a week 9am to 5pm serving Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Sunday Lunch. The Front Room is open every Friday and Saturday night for Tapas. The building dates back to 1896 and once upon a time Front Room would have been just that. This has formed the basis of our hospitality philosophy. We hope that you feel as relaxed here as you would in your own front room.

We had a party of 9 eat here and there was a set menu with two eating for £35. It was very good value with all of the different tapas, bread, olives etc. A bottle of wine (the cheapest Spanish one) cost £15- so reasonable....More

We love The Front Room, we always feel welcome and never feel rushed. Food is excellent and plentiful with a good selection of things to eat and an equally good selection of things to drink

Visited on a Monday, as our favourite coffee shop in Seaford was closed. Fairly good coffee, but really mean cup sizes. Overpriced, and indifferent service. Won’t be rushing back.

We have often met up as a group of friends for dinner here. The food was very good, although there was too much for us and no choice of dishes (we had to have a set menu because there were 7 of us). There was...More

Have visited about 2 years ago and enjoyed it so you went back today. Tea, flat white and scones good although disappointing to not have clotted cream available. Was then totally shocked when went to the toilet. Has Seaford totally missed the #MeToo movement? The...More

Really lovely tapas. Tortilla, simple? It's so often thick & overcooked & tasteless - not here it isn't. Patatas bravas pretty firey, yummy crushed avocado & chorizo. Friendly staff. Would recommend you give it a try.

Julie, I can't answer that properly because I'm not a vegetarian. However, there were vegetarians there the night we went and they seemed to find enough to eat. The Front Room menus are available on their website. Google... More
