Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fantastic food and lovely welcoming staff. Can’t fault it at all. Will definitely be back when we’re in the area . Can recommend the Monkfish and the steak , both cooked to perfection.

Fabulous restaurant - deserves all its rave reviews. Impressive find in an area where restaurants often overcharge tourists for mediocre food. This is the real deal - friendly staff, quick service, charming atmosphere, delicious food. Would definitely recommend.

We chose Venezia to celebrate our Golden Wedding with our son, daughter in law, granddaughter and the dog, everything we had asked for they did. The Antipasti starter to share was lovely, just the perfect amount, as for the mains 2 of us went for...the lobster & prawn ravioli which was amazing, 1 went for the Spaghetti carbonara, a child’s spaghetti bolognese and 1 linguine sea food special. All of which were also very yummy. For dessert they made us a special Italian cheesecake which was delicious, all washed down with a bottle of Bollinger. I can’t thank the chef the manager and all the staff enough for making our evening so special. A night we will never forget. Great food, great company and a lovely venue. Well done Venezia for your outstanding customer service.More

Me and my partner had a meal here to celebrate my birthday. The service was very good. I have a garlic allergy, I was able to choose exactly what I wanted to eat, and this wasn’t a problem. The food was fantastic, especially the scallops....Would definitely returnMore

Needed a quick bite for lunch, so without looking at any previous review we went in to be greeted by a friendly member of staff. First impressions was that the restaurant was clean, fresh in decor and comfortable seats. Had the sea bass fillets and...partner a pizza. Sea bass was first class along with the sauce, one of the best dishes I've had in an Italian restaurant for a long time. Pizza again was really tasty, base along with the fresh toppings. Without doubt would recommend.More

One of the sadists pizzas I've ever had! Most definitely the sadists pizza I've had from an Italian restaurant! I've definitely had better budget supermarket pizzas. Small, salty, cardboard! Definitely took the edge off of our night away at Bourton-on-the-Water.
